I have id twin girls, and they take up alot of my time. I have found that the only time that I can exercise is at night. Around 10:00 pm. It seems to work for me. So far I have been able to keep up this program for about 2 1/2 months exercising every night. My question is: am I doing any good exercising at this time at night?

leslielee I think you wil find people work out when they can. Unless you are tweeking yourself for competition it should be fine.

I agree w/Charlie, exercise is good no matter when you do it. Don't get caught up in the "cardio only in the morning, cardio on an empty stomach only" stuff while you're still new at this. Just do what you can. When you stop seeing results, then you'll need to change something but I don't believe that working out at night is bad.

For the first year of my exercising life, I only worked out after 19:30hrs. The worst thing was that I had trouble falling asleep after because of the time it took to settle down (mentally). Other than that, just do it.
Good luck.

I used to lift at 1am. You do what you can, and what works best for you.
Good luck...
