Ok first of all Hi and welcome. Bigger arms are really something that takes a few years to gain. But you can see some gains that progressivly get bigger. First what do you do for arms. Also are you training the lower half of your body? The reason is that if you add deadlifts and squats, you will see your shoulders and arms and all most every body part get larger and thicker. Also you will notice that you have gotten stronger. What type of meal plan and resting plan do you have. Fill out your profile and let us know where you are now and where you want to go.

yes i squat and dead lift. i squat around 220 and deadlift whaterver i can handle at the end of my workout. my shoulders are wide. my meals consist of anything i want. its hard for me to get fat but when i got started bodybuilding i quickly went into 6 meals per day and uping my protein with shakes. now i just eat before and after workouts anything with high protein, shakes, steaks, chicken, and eat like every 2 hours or so. i get about 12+ hours of sleep a day.

Cool! Sounds like you are on the way..I have found that for me what works best for arms are straight barbell curls, Dumb bell curls, then like a concentration curl or something similar. Just play around with the different kinds and see what works the best.

Hey imbuff, good to have you in the forum. I like Mutt have found great size gains in barbell curls, heavy. That like nothing else I've found, added the mass. Also, you are eating the meals, now try upping the caloric intake. Keep adding calories until you reach the gains in size and strength you are happy with. When I plateaued, I ate more and gained 10 more pounds. You may have to eat more than you can imagine, but once you begin, you will find it isn't that hard. Especially since you are already eating 6 times.
