i just joined today, and i want to lose, basically, a whole person. i understand your anxiety b/c, believe me, i'm right there w/you. i think, for me, the key will be looking at healthy living as a lifestyle and not just as something i do to lose weight. i think most people would tell you that being healthy, strong, & happy is the greatest sexy look there is. try making 1 small lifestyle change each day, in addition to what you're doing. that's the most effective way for me to learn new habits. hang in there. the hardest part about this is making a commitment to change, and you already did that! khaat
