When are you due? IM NOT PREGNANT!!! I do have a hiatal hernia could that be causing the "look"? lol OK well Im just starting out on this program and if anyone has any advice FEEL FREE TO EMAIL, IM, ANYTHING!!! I have gone on a binge eating kick for like the last month and gained the 30#s i lost last year back in the last 6 months. I know its horrible I just have absolutely no energy or motivation i guess to get up off my butt. I'd really like to have a pal that i have to report to so i know i wont be disappointing them when i say i ate a dozen donuts lol

Hey, sweetpea,
Be careful working out with a hiatal hernia, i had a client who had one and the doctor told her no ab work and no heavy weightlifting.
You can be accountable here - I just started a post of my own for accountability called someone to watch over me. I am going to log my daily eating and people can comment...sounds dangerous, if you ask me:) But it really does help to be accountable, we tend to 'look the other way' when we put those donuts in our mouth, but if you have to write it down, it is different. The only problem is, you could lie.... So, you have to be honest, too.
Welcome to FT, when you need help, just ask, everyone here is very supportive.

Hey Jenn,
I just found this website and you seem to be right where I am in life. I went shopping with my pregnant cousin and was worried that some people might think we both were pregnant. I have been yoyo dieting forEVER. Down, up, down, up. If you need a buddy online, I don't mind if you don't mind.

Hi and welcome to you both!
It's always better to be two when working for a result so I wish you both very good luck!
One advice to stop eating too much is filling up the stomach with plain water. Drink, drink and drink! Yes, I know that you'll need to run to the toilet every five minutes but think of it as a great calorie burning exercises!

very good advice - is it better to drink ice water or room temp water? I can drink more if it is room temp. When it is cold I just slip it & it can take me over an hour to drink it all but if it is room temp the it is gone in 15 minutes & I can get another glass

I heard that drinking cold water burns calories since your body has to warm up the water to your body temp. for absorption. However, during the exercise it is actually better to drink at room temp. because your body can use it readily without spending extra energy away from your muscles. :dumbbell:

i heard that too, i heard your metabolism has to work more to make it warmer.
