As per my subject, I'm in love with pasta. Anyone know any healthy low-fat recipes for some yummie pasta dishes? I should be getting whole-wheat pasta right????

Yeah, get the whole weat, it tastes a little different, but you get used to it. As for sauces, check the web for recipes and try to make your own, you can end up with a very healthy dish. Good luck in the kitchen!

I make my own from scratch. Semolina flour, eggs, water.
Keeps in the fridge for a week and can freeze it.
Great with olive oil, broccoli, and garlic.!

Toss some chicken and broccoli around in a pan w/ some salt, crushed red pepper and a little water or broth to keep everything moist, then throw in a little feta cheese and toss w/ whole wheat egg noodles. Not a recipe but it's pretty good!

I like to keep it simple. When I am cooking it just for me, I take the plain cooked pasta(salt in the water it cooks in) put a sprinkle of low fat mozzerella on it, and a small dollup of light margarine. YUMMY!!

I too love pasta. I believe I could live on spaghetti. The problem for me is not so much the fat it's the carbs! The whole wheat noodles are better for you but alas they just don't taste the same so I mix them.
