I am new here, but I think that this site it tremendous. I have dreamed of being huge since I was young, and now I have the information to help me out. Anyone have any tips for an enthusiastic beginer?
Welcome Bradford!! To reach your goals will take motivation, dedication, lots of food, probably supplements and plenty of rest each night. Preferably 8 hours. Try not to do too much weight too fast and hurt yourself. Did I mention lots of food? Stay away from all the junk food if possible. A little splurge now and then is OK. Lots of beans, pasta, veggies, fruit, rice, cootage cheese. Train hard and stick with it!!
