Okay..so im 17 years old.
Im around 6 foot 169 pounds.
Im trying to bulk up but not get to big. i want to be cut.
I dont have any diet plan that i follow right now... i just eat whatever, i need some1 to tell me what to eat when to eat it..and how much of it to eat. I just bought that eas myoplex deluxe which i will begin taking monday which will start my 12 week workout program but i need a diet to go along witht that ... Please Help me!!!!!!!! Thanks
