A good arm and shoulder routine with leg routine will do it. Also throw in some cardio.
If you fill in your profile we will know more how to help.

I THINK YOU SHOULD WARM UP BY RUNNING OR JOGGING TO GET YOUR HEART RATE UP AND TO IMPROVE YOUR LEG STRENGTH AND DO SOME PUSHUP S FOLLOWED BYE CRUNCHES AND THEN JOG AGAIN

Welcome to ft! As a tennis player myself, what will help you the most are ab strength and stamina. If you have access to a stabilizer ball, then you should perfom your arm and shoulder exercises on it. This will help you build your core strength (abs) at the same time.
As far as stamina, plyometric exercises as well as interval sprints will be a huge help.
Good luck!

I've played tennis at a fairly high level for almost 30 years. Your question is in two parts. As far as the strength aspect a general full body or split routine will work fine. You can find those here. The ab & shoulder exercises recommended in the posts above are great, I also agree with rpacheco that plyometrics are a key to explosive power. Concentrate on interval sprints and quickness drills but only after you have a decent base fitness level.
This is not a tennis site but the consistency question is the tough one and mostly mental. There is no substitute for COURT TIME. At the high school level, most players, including my two children, are concerned with the BIG shots. Learn to keep the ball in play. The big shots will follow soon enough. Remember the 80% rule, which is try to hit all shots using no more than 80% of full power until you seldom miss. Remember, the obvious, you lose 100% of the shots that don't clear the net. If you hit enough balls in play during practice you will gain confidence in your shots and matches will be easy. Keep at it and good luck.
