Where should I start I'm male 43 years old 5'8" tall and 250 Lbs.
I smoke, drink and eat all the wrong stuff I have worked out in the past; however, I'm currently living a sedentary lifestyle.
one good thing is that spring and summer are upon us and when I am outside I?m usually doing something that burns calories and keeps my mind off eating the only setback is beer.
What I need is a good cardiovascular program to go along with my weight training which consists of hitting the gym three times a week, in the past I have started to fast and hard and burned myself out PDQ. I don?t want to do that this time I sense that if I don?t do something about my lifestyle I?ll be dead before I reach 50.
We don't want you dead at 50. Start with the weight loss and toning program on here, go with beginner stage for the first 8 weeks then change it up. Eat to fuel yourself for the next work out.
