Hey im new here and I need to lose like 10-20 lbs within a very SHORT amount of time . i have until only august 3rd. can someone reccomend a good diet plan. I have the motivation to do ANYTHING at this point. please help!
It is not a good idea to lose weight very fast because the chances of gaining the weight back are greater than if you were to lose weight slowly. Fill out your profile in the nutritional plan at the top of the page and it will break down the macronutrients that you need to achieve your goal. There is also a fitness plan as well. You will need to incorporate some cardio workouts as well.
