I need a training routine

I have been training for the past 4 weeks and don't seem to be getting anywhere. I have been working out 3 days a week for 90 minutes I think I have been burning myself out, I am only 5ft 2" and weigh 126 pounds (male). I have started on Progain and Cyclone this morning to increase my weight. Can I ask you for assistance with a training routine, much appreciated.

There are plenty of good training routines availbale under fitness resources. Pick on and stick with it.
