i'm trying to get stronger arms, and a better looking stomach. The only things i have started doing is situps/crunches, holding weights in left and right arms and rocking back and forth working my side ab muscles, curls, triceps curls, and push ups... i was wondering if someone could mabey put a program together for me or leed me in the right direction.. i don't know if what i'm doing is helping since i started 2 days ago... much appriciated
Get a free program from this site. Work your whole body, not just a few parts. Your body likes to grow proportionately, and your results will be much better.
