I gained 78 lbs. with my eight month old daughter! I am finnally feeling good about losing this flab, because of the help of ft! I have been using the nutrition guide, and the exercise guide, faithfully! I have lost a little of the weight and feel much better, but I can't figure out how to lose the gross flab around my lower stomache and hips! PLEASE, help me!

You can do all the abwork you want and it WILL work. You wont see results though until you get rid of the fat between the abs and the skin. Good luck and welcome to the community.

Good things take time. Be patient--if you run a marathon thinking about how far you have to go rather than how far you've already gone, you'll never finish! Good luck, you can do this! You've had a baby, what can be more work than that?

Hey imtanyalee, Welcome. I did not get serious about the weight loss until my baby was 10 months old. Read some of the posts. When you educate yourself you will realize it is not just about the scale weight. The main one is fat loss. Some questions for you. What are you doing for cardio? Are you lifting weights (BIG BONUS)? What is your nutrition like? Do you know your BF%? Post these things and we will be able to help you out. The fat will come off. Effalunt is correct. Let us know and we will help. OKAY? :)

-------------- Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - -- Aristotle
