i am 18 years old. i about about 5'10 and close to 160pounds. i would like to be more muscular, but at the same time tone up. ( i would like to have a 6 pack too, but not taking away focus on the rest). i can not make my mind up whether to do the gain muscle training or weight loss and tone program. guess my worry about the gain muscle program is that i will fall behind in my training but keep up in my eating. what would you do. AND Also, would you give me an example 0f what i would eat on a typical gain muscle program day.
Try doing the weight loss and toning program here on ft. Ad in the 12 week ab program and your on your way. Eat healthy and you will put on the muscle.
