I have a 7 week old baby and I need to lose about 30lbs and work on my abs that have no muscle and seem to be split in half can anyone give me advise? Thank You
for your abs, you can do crunches WITH some sort of resistence on... like holding something heavy to your chest while you do them... if you just use your own body weight, you'll just burn calories and not work your abdominal muscles...
Hi Skaylec! My wife is currently expecting and has done alot of reading on fitness and pregnancy as I'm sure you have. Don't beat yourself up too much after only 7 weeks! The average time to return to pre-pregnancy shape is around 6 months. You still have tonnes of time!
