I AM TRYNG TO LOOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE. YOU KNOW, NOT BE FLABBY SO I AM DOING 30-45 MIN CARDIO EVERYMORNING BUT I NEED SOME TIPS AS TO LIFTING WEIGHTS AND HOW MUCH WEIGHT SHOULD I LIFT AND WHAT MUSCLES TO WORK OUT AND HOW DO I WORK THEM OUT.
Sounds like you are off to a good start. If you go to the gym a good idea would be to talk to one of their trainers and set up a workout routine you can follow.
