im far from being an expert but id imagine fresh fruit would be a better option than caffeine pills? i find bananas give me a nice boost, also are you drinkin plenty of water? since i started drinkin much more water than i was (used to hardly have any) i find my energy levels went way up too. and of course a healthy balanced diet makes all the difference in the world . sorry if i sound a bit peedestrian with my advice but i reckon its the simple things that work the best most the time

a cup of coffee might be a safer alternative to pills

So if you want to do it in the most healthy of ways ... your mom was right!! eat your fruits and veggies!! your body needs those nutrients! very important ones... if you get get all the daily values maybe consider a greens supplement after a while your energy levels should be up at their normal levels.. Vitamin B12 can help with energy too

try a little green tea, I like the SOBE kind, but it has some sugar. i add it to my pro shakes also sometimes.
-------------- mind and body, like man & wife, never always agree w/each other.

Stay away from the pills man. Caffeen in general is bad for you. I hear eating an apple will wake you up almost as much as a coffee.

First and foremost, check your diet. Your food intake should primarily be healthy. Remember what you eat. Processed foods, high sodium products, fast food, candy are all drugs which the body does not need. Make sure whole foods are on the menu. If you have parents that cook, by all means help and know what's being cooked. Be aware of what you put in your mouth. Read, do some research browse the forums here and don't be afraid to ask people. The moderators here are very knowledgeable. Don't take if for granted. I hope you find your answer.
