Ok....so i wear a size 9 and i want to wear a size 5 by winter sprts dance....which is in a month! How do i do that?! Please help me!

See, this is what I really missed. I wear a size 10 but want to be a size 2 in like 2 weeks.
The only way to even begin to lose that kind of weight, which it doesn't sound like you need to, is to get off the computer and start running and don't stop until the night of the dance. I don't advocate that kind of behavior.
Adopt a healthy lifestyle and stick to it and set some realistic goals. You gotta walk before you can run.

First this is in the wrong section.
To answer your question though.
healthy diet, and cardio will give you a 2-3 lb per week safe weight loss. So in a month you are looking at a max 12 lbs, which I don't think warrants going from a size 9 to a size 5, but anything is better than nothing.
You will have to understand that things do take time though so don't get discouraged. welcome to ft, and good luck.
