im using protien shakes . . .but how do i noe how much i need to tk . . . i heard that if u tk too much the rest will b flush out . . .can some 1 help mi n teach how to caculate . . .im suppose to take 2 scoops of protein powder every dae . . .
Use a protein shake only after you workout. Use 1/4 your body weight in grams. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you would use 50g. Mix it with a the same amount of simple sugars. Don't mix with water until ready to consume. Drink 1/2 right away after your workout and sip the other 1/2 over about 30 minutes. Take a few minutes to fill your profile out completely.
