Hey, I'm a 15 year old, I'm 6'2", 175 pounds and work out....... I'm going on a beach trip in about a month. I have strong abs but I have a little bit of fat, so you can't see the full six-pack that I want. What is your advice for me to lose that little bit of fat the fastest way possible? Remember I only have a month and I play basketball very often.

Stop eating processed foods and white carbs. You have to really watch the fatty stuff to lose that layer of fat that is hiding your abs.

White carbs is fast burnt food and sugar that the body doesn't really need: sweets, white bread, cookies......

White Potatoes have a high glycemic index, meaning they spike your blood sugar level very high right after you eat them. The energy is available for a short time, if you don't use it, it's stored as fat. If you do plan on eating them, try eating 15-30 minutes before your workout. I would just avoid them all together myself, but thats just me.
