Hi, I started to used this site last week. Started my
personal training program yesterday and when trying today
to enter my results, I decided to change my profile from
being based on KG & CM to be on LBS & FT, and now I end-up
with a training program that starts next week and I have
lost this week program and the chance to introduce my
results.
Does anyone knows how can i clean this mess, and see again
my Exercise program for this week ?

Carlos, it can't be done. The workout programs change daily to give you a varied workout. I lost mine several times in the beginning. Just start over or pick up at the week you were on. You will not lose that much. Just remember when you change the parameters of your workout goals they will start over.

Thanks for your help ! I hope I don't lose again my
training program.........
Perhaps we can recomend FT to allow people to change
some information of the profile without effects on
the training program.

In FT pro you can make some changes without totally disrupting the program.
In both there is a button on about the 6th page of your set up there is a button that says somthing like make changes. If you hit this one all will be changed. Don't worry about changing it. The exercise programs only change a little with each new workout.
