Hello,
I'm the weight room manager at my school. I usually train athletes to peak performance in strength and conditioning. I have a female friend who wants to work out these specific areas.
Stronger Thighs and Tone the Stomach
The only workouts i have wear are for elite athletes, can someone please give me a work-out for this young lady, because she can't handle an elite athlete's workout.
I'm looking for a monday thru friday schedule?
Cardio and lifting.......
