Hi,
Can anyone guide me? I need help about my diet. I am from India and anyone with knowledge about Indian food can help me.
First of all, I used to weigh 74 kgs. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall. I have lost about 5 kgs since I joined ft and started working out the programs. I now weigh 69 kgs.My target is 64/65 kgs. But now I seem to be stuck and i suspect that maybe it has got to be my diet.
I workout in the evening at around 5 pm. I am studying for civil services exam which is a very competitive exam here inmy country so apart from my workouts I don't do anything else except sit and study.
My daily routine is like this.
Rise at 10 am.
Drink 1.2 litres of water.
Study 10:30 - 12:30 noon
Lunch 1 pm. Consists of Boiled rice, Dal, Vegetable curry and tomatoes.
Study 2 pm - 4:30 pm
Get online to get workout routine from FT
Gym 5 pm - 7 pm
Freshen up and Dinner at 8:30 pm (Similar menu as lunch)
Study 9:30 pm - 2 am
Sleep / Rest
I must also mention that I take supplements namely,
X-Trim Cuts(Coach's Formula)- 2 caps with morning water drink and another 2 caps 1/2 hr before lunch
Whey (Coach's Formula)- within 1/2 hr after workout in the evening.
Can anyone help me? Please?

It sounds to me like you need to eat more. Have you tried the ft nutritional plan?

Hi again,
Thanx for the advice. I can't seem to be able to lose the flab around my lower abs though I follow the 12 week program on FT. I printout the instructions and take them to the gym everyday. My upper abs look great now but the lower abs are a problem. My hips are also looking good thanx to FT. Its been a little over a month now since i started the program.

I think you have too much dal and rice, and you might need more protein.
