I am Trying to lose weight. i am currently 199 and i am very unhapppy with myself. i would like any advise possiable. sent me a message if you can help me please. i am looking to know what cal in take i should use as well as a work out. i am currently hitting the gym monday-thursday. and i play tennis on friday. i use saturday and sunday as lesiure time to just do house work and go play pool with my boyfriend and friends. i work a secudle fron 7-6 every night and i try not to eat after work since i am usually in bed by 8 after i hit the gym. so if you can help me PLEASE PLEASE assist me.

Well, you came to the right place, just keep coming, it really helps you to be accountable! Try checking into the Overweight forum here at FT as that is a good place to get support, too! You sound like you are on the right trackwith your working out!! How is your nutrition? By making some adjustments there you may be on the way to your goals quicker! Good luck to you!
