Hey Im Mike im 21 and I have struggled with weight all my life. I lost a tone a weight back when I was a junior in High school but I was injured my senior year and I couldnt do anything for a year and it went all down hill from there
Cycling, Running (Jogging), Swimming are the best kind of exercises for the abdominal area, also gym prices may be sky high but they also have fitness areas which include aerobics and other exercise schemes.

For weight loss, the best thing you can do is browse the thumb tack posts and get yourself into a routine (both diet and workout) that isn't extreme and based on something solid instead of something someone has heard.
