Ok My name is Shainda, I'm 18 gonna be 19 in June. I just had a baby 6 months ago. And I used to be a size 7. But Now Guess what I am in a size 14!!!! Man if you seen me before You would know that something is wrong, because I can't lose the weight. I used to weigh 121 now 190!!!!!! Man My boyfriend gets mad at me bacuse I get mad when i look in the mirror or get on the scale and cry about it. He don't know how hard it is for me. I don't take pills because he don't want me to. I walk everyday like 1 hour to 3 hours. I drink water! I eat right, and I do other exerciseing. If you know anything I MEAN ANYTHING that can help me please Share with me. Thank you!!!

Do you have access to a gym? Weight lifting will help you tremedously. If your body is used to walking, start jogging or riding a bike.

Yeah I am gonna see into a gym that they have here. I got to get a bike and I run out of breath fast too. I am so unhealthy. Shainda

You are young and with consitent effort and positivity you will reach your goals. Now is the time to set good nutritional habits for yourself so that you will be a positive role model mom. You can do it!! Active daily living will help. Track all you eat really well. It takes time but you will do it! PAT

Thank you Lonegirl, It looks like you know what i'm talking about. I can't wait till I look like your picture on your post. I am gonna go to the gym tommorow, And I know that I am gonna try my best to lose my weight. Thank you again.
