How do you view you ft points???????????
and how can i see a list of foods that i need for my program?

First, welcome to Freetrainers. I noticed that this is your first post. Be sure to post here anytime if you have a question.

Your FT points can be seen either as soon as you log in (on the right-hand side of the screen) of if you click on the "FT Communities" button at the top - scroll down and click down on the left-hand column where it says "FT Points Center - Earn $$$".


The food can be found on "My Nutrition Plan". Its not going to tell you what foods to eat, but it will tell you how many calories to eat to achieve your goals. You actually input the foods you eat. Try it - its pretty cool. Good luck!!!!

Yeah just do whatever jbennett suggested it's the only way to follow up on your food intakes and your points. Good Luck!!!

u can see yours points on the homepage after you log in, or after you go into ft communities and then search for top 75 members, which gives you your monthly and yearly point total. to make a list of foods, you have to go to add a meal, then add food...this adds food to your basket and is saved so you don't have to search for the same food everyday.
