Hi, just joined and am seeking some serious tips and help. Am 40 yrs olf, a smoker (i know.....am seriously trying to quit)and am 5ft 10in tall. I weigh 92.5kgs as of today and although i exercise 2/3 times a week (moderate between 4-7kms at a time steady jog), i can't seem to shift the fat. I work long hours and have no access to gym (am in Desert location) or any equipment. I really need a plan to get my a into g and eat healthier...i love biscuits!!!! Can anyone assist me in a exercise plan involving no weights...am quite broad in shoulders after playing rugby/rowing and 10 years Military so no more muscle needed just toning and fat loss. Appreciate any help at all....
