i need help if this heathy or not plz

i am goin to make some Whole wheat pasta today with cut up chicken and i got some sauce for the pasta too but i dont know if its heathy or not there isnt any info about poeple using it and im bulkin up too so..if u wanna know too but i like to keep my foods heathy so...here is the info on the sauce,

Hunt's Chunky Vegetable Spaghetti sauce,

Calories 50 calories from fat 10

Total Fat 1g

sodium 560mg

total carb. 11g

fiber 3 g

suger 8g

protein 2g

i dont know really what to look for in foods if there heathy or not too. :(
