Ok so for the first time in my life, exactly a month ago, I started going to the gym religiously at least 4 times a week for about 1 1/2 -2 hrs. Just so happens the first two weeks I followed my plan exactly and then week 3 i went only 3 times and week 4 only 2 times.
I'm almost 22, weigh 195 and want to get down to 150. I lost only 4.6 lbs in 3 weeks. I was hoping to lose more than that.
I do an hr of cardio when I go to the gym and then 1 hr combined of circuit training and the sauna. All the sites ive been to recommend a calorie intake of 2300 or more. There's no way i'd feel comfortable doing that, I usually eat 1400-1700 a day, and THAT feels like alot. I think my main problem is not eating enough veggies and drinking enough water, but what ELSE can I do to jumpstart my weightloss???
