A very complicated and detailed question. The short is that it all depends on you, where you are, and what you want to do to get there. Showing a six pack is more a factor of you bodyfat than the number of situps you can do. A safe wieght loss per week is 1-2.5 lbs or somewhere close to that. I believe asimmer said if you are working hard and eating right (clean) about a 1 percent drop in body fat per week is reasonable. Furthermore others have said that your six pack will show aroun 9-11%. I would suggest you fill out your profile, calculate your caloric needs, and start a full body workout, and you will see all of your goals with time.
