I plan on competing in October and I know my legs have always been lacking. I want mass quick. Currently my protein intake is 180 grams a day. I must keep it all natural to.

4 months seems long enough to try supersets for those legs using more load than usuall and lower the # of reps as you go on...
the only other option //kidding// could be to inject some juice into your quads and observe what happens.... lol

Hey Adam,
if you want legs (natural or not) you need to do the basics and heavy! Try the leg mass program here on ft.
I recommend Squats, Leg Presses and Straight leg deadlifts.
Good luck.

I nee a new comp ready body in not time hehhahaha. If you can find a pro who would be willing to hack his legs off I'm sure the ten hour surgery would be no problem. But just gotta find that pro...in all honesty anything quick quick is gonna resort to steroids and even then you are gonna have to work your @ss off to get there. Same fundamentals that get results are compound movements. heavy squats, hack squats all kinds of squats just heavy heavy heavy without sacrificing form. and leg presses lower your cardio to three times a week to promote muscle mass and go to failure and then three more , drop sets , forced reps and negatives ie balls to the wall up until your competition date

Thanks guys, I'll try it. But if you've read the injuries bulletins I have a torn pect from benching. I attempted 330 with only a warm-up of 135x20. STUPID ME!! Now I'm shooting for a January-March Competition. Anyone go to the Superbody 2001 here in Miami, Flordia? That was awesome! GO STAN MCQUAY.
