Welcome to FT Hoopty.

Did your Diploma teach you anything about motivation, or was it more about the physical aspects of Personal Training?

I don't want to go over stuff you already know

I think the two most important things I have found for staying motivated are setting goals and and keeping a log of my workouts.

get out your books and go through what you studied to get your "diploma" .

Welcome to FT hoopty. Glad to have you. Princess will not steer you wrong. You may want to make this post in another forum, as this is simply a welcome forum. That way it will get much more exposure, thus much more attention.
