I need motivation - help

My problem is that I need motivation. I am struggling with things in my personal life, and I lack the motivation. I know how to get in shape and how to stay in shape, but it takes work. Honeslty, i dont have the time, and I know that is an excuse. I am the single working mom of three toddles ages 2,3 and 4. I can't even use the bathroom alone, let alone find time to exercise. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks :)

msflower you must be exhausted. You are probably not going to get any time alone to excercise, so you need to look for ways to incorporate your excercise time with time spent with the children. Throw your workout tape in and just do your thing, if your kids are like mine, they will be right there with you. It's probably going to be a little disorganized, but it's better than nothing. You can also take walks together, push the little one in the stroller, etc. Kids also make excellent weights and enjoy the play time with you.

I don't know what your diet is like, but I'm a single mom of three myself so I'm guessing it could use some improvement. I don't even remember eating when my kids were that little and I know I didn't get left alone long enough to eat a real meal. Without knowing for sure what your diet is like, I'd push for improvements there first because a clean diet will give you more energy and force you to take time to eat.

As far as motivation is concerned, I usually just have a look at myself naked. That induces me to run in terror so I get my cardio workout there.:)

In short, I think you need rest and a good diet more than you need one more thing to do. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to disagree with me.
