I am on this website bc I need something to motivate me to lose weight and tone at the same time after having two children two years apart.
I dont have time or money for a gym membership so I am giving this a try.
What motivates people to actually get up off you butt and get to work the first time and does it get easier to do so after the first few times??
The feeling will motivate you and also seeing your clothes getting lose on you will definately be a motivator. It is for me. Even better, you won't even have to leave the house to exercise. There are times when I am just not into going, but I push myself and after , am glad I did, because there is a great buzz inside after exercising.
