Hi... i just satarted a mass gaining program about four weeks ago, and i am gaining alot of size, but my abs are dissapearing, and y hips are getting wider. i am naturally an ectomorph, so my trainer told me to eat more and get on some weight gainer. I was wondering if i start taking hydroxycut if it would help the little fat around my stomach, or if it would contradict the weight gain drinks. I dont get how some people can have so much mass, and zero bodyfat!

People get mass by eating lots of food, training hard, and then dieting down. Then do the process again, and again. Each time holding more mass theoretically. It is very tough to take a weight gainer and keep the fat off your waist. Having abs and gaining mass do not go together. Abs are a product of diet. Therefore, gaining mass, you will not have abs due to the abundance of nutrients needed to do this, but some fat is inevitable too. I make it a practice of a 6-8 week mass gain, followed by a 2-3 week "hardening" phase. This will help to keep those nasty love handles in check somewhat, keep you somewhat leaner while still gaining, and make the dieting easier. Don't waste your money on the hydroxycut, this will not aid you in the least while gaining. Nor would I do any weight gainers, most are sugar filled for extra calories. Yes, you will see the scale go up, but not with weight you like. Your best bet is to eat soundly, have a good protein supplement to help meet your protein needs, and train hard.
-------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
