Hey everybody! My name is Jason and im 20 yrs. old, 6'4 293 lbs. My goal is to lose about 40lbs and i need some advice on what to eat and what to do at the gym to shed these pounds. I used to play football back in high school and i was pretty fit i would say but i stopped playing when i graduated and after that i started getting lazy and weaker and i hate it! lol. Anyone have any tips?
