Hey all, this is my first time posting so here is some background:I'm 6'1 and my weight ranges between 205-210; Alot of it is muscle. I've always been athletic and worked out but i've been working out consistently with a split routine for 4-5 months now and im seeing great results (4 days a week at the gym plus cardio). My main concern is my chest. Now i'm seeing some growth in my chest however its just that the bottom of my pecs are flabbier then the rest; it's not so much the bottom but its the nipple area. The bottom outer area of my chest points outward. It couldn't be Gyno because I dont have breast development like the ones you would see that have it. The nips point a bit outwards and when I wear a tight t-shirt or whatnot. Now what do I have to concentrate when it comes to the chest to correct this? Do I need to concentrate more on dumbell flyes to even out the inner with the outer? It's really a bitch because i'm not getting the look that im working hard for. Any help would be great.

My guess is it is more a case of diet. Usually when someone has been working out for quite a while, and has this problem they are looking for an exercise to fix this. And most of the time, you find they are already doing declines or dips or both. And most of the time as much as people don't want to believe it, it is their diet. It is fat deposits. That is a common place for men to have fat. You may find with correct diet, that fat off, that the chest is actually developed, just covered with fat. There really is no inner and outer chest. The chest, Pectoralis major, stretches completely across the frame in one large muscle. Overall compound movements will develop the chest area. If you are not doing declines or dips, I suggest you incorporate them. And look to your diet.
