I need some better back workouts

any1 got any good back workouts that will replace the pull ups? b/c i dont have anything to do pull ups on here or i dont got a park or a playground to do them on too:angry:

Gyms have some great equipment for back exercises, no doubts there. In addition to that, you can get a 40-lb set of dumbbells at Wal-Mart or Target for around $40. Then you can buy additional plates for those dummbbells at a sporting goods store as needed.

join a gym and see the equipment available.. I got a personal trainer to do me a routine some time back and I can see the difference even if no one else sees me shirt off... anyway shoulders do need size along with the back/chest development so think of what a gym can do for you with your efforts
machines for pull ups and lat pull downs, dips, seated row, cable crossovers and variations off for back,tricep, shoulder etc... god the list goes on with the variety.
but with bells alone there are choices too! bent over rows, lateral/front raises- sit bent on a bench for lying rear raises.. buy a chin bar for doorway installation at home... i prefer the gym and never forget the good diet advantages
