I want to get a bit leaner lose the pooch I've had on my stomch for a year now. Also when I run I find myself having lack of motive to run. I want to run I just lose the drive after a mile or so. I belive it has alot to do with my diet. Honestly I'm a incridblly picky eater I try to salad and vegtables but I find the taste of them revolting. Salad even makes me nauses. I eat way to much red meat, and crap I shouldn't. I've tried to make a plan but I just suck at counting everything I eat. I was wonderingf if someone had a weekly diet plan they could share with me? I'm 20 and in okay shape but I need to get in good shape before I join the Marines and don't get into special ops cause I can't pass PF. Thanx sorrfor beingf so long.

No one is going to make you an entire weeks worth of meals that are balanced for you with your picky eating habits. It's just to much work.

There is a sticky at the top of this forum called Grocer List for Bodybuilders. Pick food from the last and piece together a plan. The easiest way to do it is to eat pretty much the same thing each day, that way you only need to count your carbs/protien/fat/calories for one day.

Set up a nutrition plan on this site. It is extremely helpful, and will tell you what you need for your goals. Then when you know what is your nutritional needs, go to a thread called "Grocery List for Bodybuilders" by bb1fit on the top of this forum. This is a complete list of foods that are great for gaining muscle and losing fat. Choose the foods that you can think you stand and follow your nutrition plan, and make sure you workout. Do this and you should be alright.
