I am 19 yrs old and am a freshman in college. i see all these huge football players and ive talked to a few. seems like each one has a different supplement they take. i was just wondering what i need to start taking to get good mass. and any other tips are very welcome.
At 19, you should be able to produce enough testosterone to gain mass. I would suggest changing your diet (eat more) and work out heavy. You'll be surprised with this combination...
