im tryin to eat healthier to ganin mass and when ever i try to add a meal it gets all confusing to u have to make ur own diet or will they make on for you:cool:
But eat well, as in the fresher the better.
Most people forget this. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. If you eat crap from Taco Bell or Burger King all the time. You will not get bigger. If you eat your veggies, pasta, meats... you will. Do not fill up on empty foods like sodas and french fries. But eat very full foods. I also sugguest organic, since it more vitamin rich.
If you have trouble cooking. Just eat simple more basic health foods.
