hey,
can any1 help me out what kinda diet i need b/c im 130lbs and i need to put up some fat or something so...i wanna know what kinda foods i need to eat

I'm using the nutritional plan here on FT. I started keeping track of everything myself too. Just having a little problem getting enough calories, and not so much fat, but i'm working on it. Just takes a little time to get everything balanced out i guess. Don't ask me what my meal plans are, i'm still working on that lol. :)

Check out the bodybuilders grocery shopping list posted by bb1, you can do all your shopping off that.

if you want to go big, eat every 2 hours and eat all you can eat until you say no more.
thats the key. althou watch what you eat: dont get all the calories form burgers or hotdogs and even worst french fries... try to eat good helahy food.
check all the stickies here around you will find the answer you need

You shouldn't eat till you stuff yourself. That's not good, you just have to figure out what your maintenance level is and increase 250 calories per day for a week untill you see the scale going up 1 lbs. per week
