Hey! I am new to this whole thing and need HELP! I have no clue to where to start. There are many people telling me many diff things to do. I want to loose weight. I dont have access to the gym. Can anyone tell me what I should do to start shedding the pounds and is anyone willing to be my support to keep me going? PLEASE SEND HELP!

You must start with a sound diet. The nutritional tracker will h elp you with this. Also, try signing up for the a routine here at FT.

I agree with shavondebrown - the routines here at FT can be customized to a home environment - great for someone in your case who has no access to a gym. Good luck :)

Yes grasshoppah. Sound diet makes for good winter nap. tehee ... Ok so I'm weird aren't I? We can share support carriegage2 if you want. ;) I need some too! Holidays gave me my 6 pounds I had lost right back. That sucks! But I'm doing workouts every day and eating pretty good so it should be good again soon!
