i need that six pack!

ok im 17 ,160pds. , 6ft tall...
I workout my whole body except my Abdoman area !
Im a breakdancer so i have general ab stregnth and i have a lean body i have 9.2% body fat ...
But on my stomahc i have about 1 inch or i think half an inch of fat ! and theres no way i can get rid of it no matter how much i dance or do cardio but im thinking its because i dont do any sit ups of any sort..
I want to start sit ups and working out my abs but i dont know where to start does anyone have a good ab routine i can follow and progress with .. thanx

3-4 sets of crunches, leg raises(butt off floor on each rep), twists, rope kneeldowns with weight stack, bicycle kicks...you can do it on floor, bench, physio ball, hanging....do as many as you can per set with 60 sec rest between sets

keep up with the cardio and a clean diet also, as you can't spot reduce fat. Most males gain fat in their abdomen first, and lose it last. That is why getting a six pack is a lot harder than having defined arms. Just keep cutting, most guys have to be around 6 percent bodyfat to really have a nice six pack. But definately do the crunches too, because the more muscle, the more the abs will stand out.

I disagree menace you don't have to go to failure on crunches......I can do a good 20 crunches and get a burn better than doing 100. Thing is control of the crunch, and contracting the abbs. Not doing 200 set ups. Same principle as doing a half ass tricep extension or kick backs...the concentration of the contraction at the top is whats gonna get the abbs to "pop" out. Like everyone said......diet is what wil bring the abbs out......not 300 crunches a day.

abs are a question of your nutrition, not to much training, so cut off your faty food, exes carbs, and do lots of cardio, besides your abs program
