This is Josh again , yes i selected a 12 week mass program , but i have been doing that for a week now , and i am realizing that there is something wrong because i selected more than 2 extra programs and now i cannot deselected them , also now instead of doing low rep high weight sets it has me doing lower weight high rep sets!!!!!! what is this crap , how do i deselect
What extra programs did you select, and what are the last three sets reps? The first set is a warm up and will always be high. The last ones should be 10,12,8 or something like that.
