What are you eating? Are you training a different muscle group each day?

Chris check out the nutrition tracker. Set up a diet that meats your goals, trust it and follow it.

To gain weight you need to eat more calories than you are using. Do what aleazar says and find out what your maintenance calories are and add 500 a day to that. you have to eat good foods though, not just a bunch of junk that is empty calories. Drop the fast food and eat good foods, lower in fat, higher in protein. What are your workouts like? Are you working a different muscle group each day? If you are not giving your muscles enough time to rest this will defeat your progress. Also, are you lifting heavy weight, low reps? To failure?
