i'm not good at gaining weight. i eat and eat but i gain nothing and i'm tired of it. i dont have access to a gym and i'd like to gain weight and look better. can anyone help me out and give me some pointers as to how to eat and what to do to achieve my goal please.

I've heard that over and over again from many hardgainers. You say that you eat a lot, but what does that mean? Do you eat 5-6 meals a day? What types of food are you eating? Are you exceeding 3,000+ calories per day when you eat?
Start keeping a journal of what you eat and begin to calculate the total number of calories you consume. From there, we'll factor in your activity level and see how many calories you'll need to consume to gain weight.
