I have really let myself go! I am the mother of a 3 year and 16 month old. I have stopped taking time for myself and my physical has really suffered from it. I just joined a gym called The Rush. It's really nice, but the personal trainers are VERY expensive. I came across this websire tonight. It AFFORADABLE! My goal is to loose 100 pounds. I'm 5'0 and weigh 219.1 pounds! Can you imagine? SO, I've been on a weight loss journey for a long time and am now ready to commit! Please help! I need all the support I can get! :)
I agree with slowmofo U've taken your first step which is always a good decision, Now just stick to your fitness/nutrition plan and i guarentee you will see results and most likely quite fast.
