I am a 5'7'' male 230lbs with a BMI of 36 and I want to lose 30lbs what is the best way to do it? What exercise program is best for me, how many pounds should I loose a week, and what foods should I eat and how many calories aday should I eat?
Go to the top of the page and click on "exercise program" and go from there for your workout. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week. Visit the specific diet and nutrition forum and eat foods supplied on the list in the thread "grocery list for heathy eating". 2300 calories a day would probably be a good starting place.
